As founder and Director of WATS he oversees all operations and ensures quality and safety is paramount with all employees and subcontractors. Roger’s background is in the Major Mechanical area of the industry including commercial and Industrial. They produce the chilled water to the four (4) air handling units serving the court area. The chilled water is circulated to the air handling units by the chilled water pumps located adjacent to the chillers in the roof plant deck. The evaporative unit is also fitted with a BSD (Variable Speed Drive) this enables the system to be controlled in conjunction with the fatigue system. The fan coil units are located in the ceiling space with the corresponding condenser units located on the rooftop plant deck. Similar to our Construction team, Special Projects are also healthy supported by our in house engineering, drafting, seq and Service teams. We control projects regardless of size or location with a full Service and Maintenance team.
