The vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months and can be made out for either a value or a particular treatment. Gift Vouchers A Vanilla gift voucher is a great way to tell someone you love them, thank someone for a job well done, or simply show someone you care. Please call us to discuss your requirements with our group booking coordinator. Group Bookings We are very happy to make special arrangements for birthday celebrations, hen parties, and corporate groups. NB: Massage cannot be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Antenatal Treatments If you are pregnant, please let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise you of the most suitable treatments and any which should be avoided. Our aim is to treat and relax you, if at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable please let your therapist know immediately. Consultation Before starting your treatment your therapist will complete a short health questionnaire with you and discuss your requirements, likes and dislikes. Disposable underwear is supplied for guests having body treatments. Spa Attire Guests normally undress to their underwear, and gowns and slippers are provided for your use in the Spa. Sarongs are used in the treatment rooms and our therapists are trained to drape you to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. We regret that we do not take cheques, Diners or American Express. Payments We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. Please note for group bookings of 5 or more, longer cancellation notice periods apply, please check your group booking confirmation for further details. On Public Holidays a cancellation fee of 100% applies for all Spa services reserved which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations We request a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or change a booking, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will be applied. All reservations must be secured on a gift voucher or credit card. If you are not sure what to choose we will be very happy to help select the right treatment for your needs.
