The dances are very simple dances with movement aimed at giving health benefits to all seniors, including those with mobility limitations, hip or knee relacements or any other type of movement limitation. Nothing too difficult and no compulsion to join in. You do the dances you want to do and rest when you choose. Anyone with any of the above will find this program highly beneficial with noticeably improved movement after just a few regular attendances.

We welcome beginners and two left footers Sessions for all levels. We strongly advocate you continue your lessons at the next smooth with us and repeat Level 1 to profit a better experience and a stronger accepting of what we teach.
