Ideally located at Scarborough Beach on the Sunset Coast, the resort provides holiday makers with a spa, waterside for the kids and beautiful scenery for those who enjoy the outdoors. You really cannot get much more central, scenic, comfortable and cost effective accommodation than this. Moments from West Beach Lagoon’s doorstep you can appreciate surfing, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving, or simply while away the hours taking in the uninterrupted views before taking a shopping trip. There are many local shopping complexes and stores scattered throughout the suburb, which produce for your daily needs. The Observation City precinct in Scarborough is home to a variety of shops, including a supermarket and weekend markets, and the healthy used ocean foreshore that boasts several scenic parks and reserves to appreciate and unwind in. When you check in you will be asked to bear photographic identification, and a bond maybe required. Stuffed payment of the booking is needed upon arrival at the hotel. Group bookings require one thousand dollar store which is non refundable if canceled within two weeks earlier to arrival. A charge of one night’s accommodation per week of booking will be charged for cancellations within one week of the arrival date. This cancellation fee will apply from the day that you checkout, it cannot be used in lieu of notice given. If you do not divulge up for your booking you will be charged one night cancellation fee if your stay was one week or less. One evening for each week or portion of will be charged if you're booking was longer than one week. You're booking does not include room servicing unless you're booking is seven days or more. If a guest is found to be a person lower the age of 18 and not accompanied by an mature West Beach Lagoon will cancel the booking and monies paid will be forfeited.
